Assessments – Professional assessments are offered at the start of the fellowship and throughout the year to evaluate and measure each fellow’s needs and progress.
Executive Coaching - Impact Center provides fellows with access to professional executive coaches who can provide help with:
- Goal setting and development planning
- Management and leadership best practices
- Help in strategically thinking through challenges
Mentoring – Impact Center pairs each fellow with individual mentor(s) who can provide targeted guidance to deal with:
- Professional challenges related to achieving promotion and advancing your career
- Effectively stepping into a new leadership role
- Understanding the professional landscape you are operating in
Network and Skill Building – Impact Center connects fellows with resources and high-impact individuals through:
- Access to thought leaders and experts who will provide insight on how to address key challenges
- A community of support and accountability comprised of accomplished peers
- Opportunities to engage with influential leaders
