 Women Making an Impact in Corporate Social Responsibility

The Simmons School of Management and Hewlett-Packard conducted a survey during the 2009 Simmons School of Leadership Conference that found over 75 percent of female respondents felt that it was important to work for a company they believed was socially responsible. It also found that when these women felt they worked for ethical companies that supported socially responsible initiatives they had better job satisfaction, longer retention rates and a higher willingness to publically support the work of the company.

January is National Mentoring Month so join the Impact Center to learn how men are playing a critical role in advancing women in the pipeline of leadership.
