Inclusive Leadership

As mission-driven organizations strengthen their efforts around fostering a culture of belonging and equity, there comes an acknowledgment that a key part of a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is continuous learning and awareness-building. The Impact Center supports leaders through this ongoing process by partnering with their organizations to educate, build awareness, and broaden communication across the organization as part of a comprehensive and candid approach to creating a safe, equitable, and inclusive atmosphere for team members and the communities they serve.

We provide strategies and tools for improved decision making, better communication, and strengthened relationships. By facilitating open dialogues among diverse peers, supervisors, and stakeholders, conversations that might have been previously considered daunting or inaccessible can now become an established part of the organization's culture.
