Overview

These programs assist participants in cultivating their unique strengths as part of a fulfilled and meaningful life. This role will drive growth and expand our impact by strategically reaching out to organizations and individuals, and recruiting high-potential candidates for our programs, with a main focus on Executive Leadership Programs. This position is ideal for a take charge go-getter, results-driven professional with a proven track record in relationship building, establishing, and managing strategic partnerships with the decision makers of organizations and/or an Executive Recruiter. It is fully remote and requires someone who is initiative-taking and works well independently, as well as collaboratively via email, Zoom, and HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporations, foundations, educational institutions, as well as potential participants, including senior-level executives, key decision makers, managers, and professionals, to generate interest and encourage enrollment in our program.

  • Candidate Outreach and Conversion: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to recruit and convert qualified candidates for Executive Leadership Programs through direct outreach, networking, and targeted marketing efforts.

  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborative funding opportunities.

  • Proposal Development: Lead the development of partnership proposals, agreements, and presentations tailored to the needs and priorities of potential partners.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates by continuously identifying and nurturing relationships with new prospects and maintaining relationships with alumni and program stakeholders.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Track and evaluate partnership performance, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering measurable impact as well as evaluating the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams (such as program development and operations) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnership development, executive recruitment, marketing, or a related field.

  • Track Record: Proven success in securing and managing partnerships that drive organizational growth and impact.

  • Results Orientation: Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious goals, with a focus on outcomes and impact.

  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior level executives, decision makers, and professionals across multiple industries and organizations.

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective partnership strategies.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate program benefits, requirements, and value propositions to senior level executives and diverse audiences.

  • Marketing Acumen: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies, including social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems, to effectively promote programs and engage prospective participants.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including program development, marketing, and operations, to achieve recruitment goals and enhance program success.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This position is a full-time, remote opportunity. The annual salary for the Strategic Partnership and Recruitment Director position is commensurate with experience, ranging from $110,000-$115,000 annually. 

Employees have access to an employer-sponsored 401K retirement plan and a generous paid leave policy, including paid holidays, vacation, and personal days. Full-time employees also have the opportunity to participate in an ICHRA for health insurance premium reimbursements. 

For a highly qualified candidate who meets the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as described, The Impact Center is open to considering nontraditional schedules such as a 4-day workweek, and/or a reduction in hours to 30 hours/week.
