California Executive Leadership Program Community 

The Impact Center is pleased to present the California Executive Leadership Program Community, our community specially designed for leaders in the field of homelessness in California. 

This community includes all current and past participants of The Impact Center’s California Executive Leadership Program. The purpose of the community is to foster conversations around leading in the field today, facilitate real-time problem-solving, and encourage connection among leaders across CELP cohorts.

Community Information

As leaders who have participated in CELP, you are automatically enrolled in this year’s program. This community will serve as a natural continuation of CELP by featuring: 

• A strong emphasis on peer connections;

• Opportunities to connect virtually to enable participants to problem-solve, share updates, and keep conversations going in between virtual sessions;

• Deeper exploration of leadership topics and strategies to uncover frameworks for effective leadership, strengthen self-awareness, and support leaders’ alignment with their own leadership vision and values; 

• Connection and camaraderie within a supportive community of peer leaders who understand the difficult realities of the field;

• A space for members to tap into the collective wisdom and experiences of their fellow leaders for real-time problem-solving to meet the challenges of the current moment; and 

• Access to other thought leaders and subject matter experts in the field of homelessness. 

2026 CELP Conferences

Members of the CELP Community will be invited to register for our spring and fall 2026 CELP conferences. More information will be made available via email.
