The unique advantage of our programs comes from more than 20 years of experience supporting leaders across a wide range of fields and sectors - including the White House, national security, law, aerospace, financial services, philanthropy, medicine, and those working to address homelessness.
Peer learning, the personal leadership journey of each participant and a Community of Practice for continued learning are the distinguishing factors that differentiate us from other programs. Your goal is our goal.

Each leader’s experience in our programs is guided by the areas they wish to improve, the strengths they hope to refine, and the goals they want to achieve. These individual aspirations are supported by a carefully designed curriculum and further enhanced through elements such as personalized executive coaching, the creation of a tailored Development Action Plan, and peer discussions that encourage sharing insights and practical solutions in a collaborative setting, often addressing real-time challenges.

Peer-Based Learning
In our peer-based setting, executives cultivate leadership skills through interaction with peers, where learning and growth occur in a supportive and collaborative environment that builds strong relationships, provides real-time feedback, and accountability.
Participants are challenged to consider multiple perspectives and refine their leadership style, resulting in richer insights, innovative solutions, and a more holistic understanding of what it means to be a leader.

Program Highlights
Participants of our Executive Leadership Programs can look forward to the following program elements:
2 in-person Executive Retreats occurring at the start and end of the program, to strengthen learning and create a space for deep reflection.
4 Virtual Peer Learning Sessions that take place in between retreats for ongoing problem-solving, skill-building, and peer connection.
6 one-hour one-on-one executive coaching sessions tailored to each participant’s goals and areas for improvement.
A personalized Development Action Plan to structure goal setting, featuring weekly progress check-ins with small groups of peers.
The Impact Center’s meticulously crafted leadership curriculum, further refined to meet each cohort’s unique needs (informed by participant input in our pre-program Needs Assessments).

Industry-Based Programs
Our industry-based Executive Leadership Programs are developed to center around the unique needs and experiences of leaders in a specific field. Since participants are all from the same industry, they are able to connect through shared experiences, exchange learnings and expertise to support fellow leaders through common challenges, and expand their networks. The California Executive Leadership Program is designed for leaders at the head of California’s efforts against homelessness. The Program equips participants with the core competencies and leadership strategies necessary for effective, high-performing leadership in the field today. Program learnings are further reinforced through The Impact Center’s signature peer-based model, where participants build close relationships with their fellow leaders to strengthen their network of support, exchange perspectives, and inspire solutions.
