Executive Coaching
Executive Coaching is an experiential leader development process that builds a leader's capability to achieve short- and long-term development and career goals. It is conducted through one-on-one sessions with a certified professional coach to explore feedback, consider new strategies, and make changes.
Executive Coaching is integrated into The Impact Center’s Executive Leadership Programs. Our roster of Executive Coaches are certified through the International Coaching Federation and bring years of experience from a variety of industries and organizations. In addition, The Impact Center offers limited Premier Executive Coaching engagements to a select group of clients.

Premier Executive Coaching
Premier Executive Coaching Engagements serve senior-most leaders and include an emphasis on leadership advice and thought partnership.
Most often, a Premier Executive Coaching Engagement includes basic 360 Degree Assessments administered by The Impact Center in addition to a Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment to inform the coaching.
