Stacy Campesi

Stacy Campesi is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), leadership development consultant, and organizational development practitioner with more than 15 years of experience helping leaders and teams work more effectively. At the center of her work is a coaching-centered approach to leadership: helping leaders build the self-awareness, communication skills, and coaching capabilities they need to create teams that think independently, communicate openly, and take greater ownership of results.

Stacy works with executives and leaders to strengthen emotional intelligence, navigate complex leadership challenges, improve communication and decision-making, and shift patterns that may be limiting their effectiveness. She also partners with teams and organizations to strengthen alignment, accountability, collaboration, and leadership capacity, particularly during periods of growth, change, or transition.

Her work spans executive and leadership coaching, leadership development programs, team retreats, facilitated strategy sessions, and workshops. Known for her highly interactive and practical style, Stacy creates experiences that give leaders space to think differently while ensuring they leave with tools, insights, and actions they can immediately apply in their day-to-day leadership.

Stacy has worked across higher education, federal and local government, nonprofit, and corporate environments. She is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and holds certifications in EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Prosci Change Management, and The Leadership Circle Profile 360. She earned her BA in Sociology and MA in Leadership and Public Administration from Centenary University.
