The Impact Executive Leadership Program
We are currently accepting applications for our 2026 cohort!
The Impact Executive Leadership Program accelerates leadership growth for executives and rising senior leaders through a multi-industry and cross-sector cohort. It is built around developing an authentic leadership identity, embracing strengths as a leader, and building a community of practice with peers from a wide range of areas of expertise who share common challenges while bringing different viewpoints to the table.
The Program provides a place to connect with peer leaders who you would not otherwise meet, and a space for self-reflection and growth. Leaders meet regularly with an experienced executive coach, attend Executive Retreats covering advanced topics, participate in peer-based learning, and meet with small peer groups for accountability on Development Action Plans.
“Most impactful program I’ve done over my career.”
Our skilled facilitators lead sessions on a variety of highly relevant leadership topics to support participants’ growth and development, all while leveraging the wealth of experience among participants to encourage peer support and learning.
Our peer-based model fosters meaningful connections among program participants. Our cohorts are curated to ensure that participating leaders experience a supportive and collaborative environment. Programming is designed to encourage peer interactions that lead to strong relationships, constructive feedback, and accountability.
Participants have the opportunity to deeply engage with leaders beyond their personal networks. Through these interactions, they are challenged to consider multiple perspectives and refine their leadership style, resulting in richer insights, innovative solutions, and a more holistic understanding of what it means to be a leader.
“In a recent survey, 87% of C-Suite executives reported that peer support is the most important factor in overcoming leadership challenges.”

“[The Program] was life-altering for me professionally and personally. The community of and caliber of the [participants], the Program and its leadership promoted deep introspection and self-awareness that I had never previously experienced in multiple other leadership programs.
It was especially helpful to me to see and hear from professionals outside of medicine. I was recommended to participate by 2 other gastroenterologists, and have since recommended it to three other physicians. This is the Program I recommend for [anyone] who is serious about leadership!”
