Jordan Spencer is a junior at Princeton University, majoring in History with a minor in American Studies. She joined The Impact Center as a summer intern in 2025 and is thrilled to continue her work with the company as a Consultant.

Jordan brings a strong background in design and project management to her role. Before joining The Impact Center, she worked as an event specialist, managing a team of over five event designers. Known for her creativity, organization, and empathetic leadership style, she takes pride in developing innovative solutions and fostering collaboration. At Princeton, Jordan serves as co-president of the Women’s Club Volleyball team, where she coaches more than 20 players annually and leads the planning of large tournaments and events.

Originally from Madison, Virginia, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Jordan loves spending time outdoors with friends and her two dogs. She has a passion for women’s history, floral design, volleyball, and baking!
