Kathy Kidd

Throughout her career in various leadership positions, Kathy has been a lifelong student of leadership. Her exploration and practice of leadership and team building focuses on:

• How do we come together to create inclusive work environments that are human centered – where everyone can contribute, feel valued, and flourish?

• How do we create and sustain psychological safety within our teams and our organizations?

• How can leadership support creating those possibilities?

Kathy started her career as a chemical engineer. Since then she has been:

• A manager for a learning and development consulting services group (Williams Learning Network).

• One of a five member startup company that created a technology platform for the voice of the customer (Opinionlab).

• And a leader in multiple leadership roles within Technology and People Solutions (FINRA).

Kathy is a Psychological Safety Certified Practitioner through Fearless Organization.
