Kristina Wagner Cook

Kristina Wagner Cook is a strategic admissions and business development leader with 15+ years of experience driving growth through enrollment strategy, cross-sector partnerships, and operational efficiency.

Her diverse background spans higher education, finance, and consulting, with leadership roles at the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management, the University of San Diego, and BeachFleischman PLLC. Earlier in her career, Kristina worked in investment banking at Roth Capital Partners and Montgomery Securities, supporting equity offerings and operational initiatives.

Deeply committed to public service, Kristina has served on the board of the Coronado Unified School District and the Coronado Schools Foundation, along with holding leadership roles in several local civic and educational organizations. She is a long-standing supporter of youth empowerment, public education, and inclusive community building.

In her free time, she can usually be found cheering (sometimes a little too loudly) at her son’s water polo matches, chasing endorphins on a trail or in the ocean, and catching up with family and friends—preferably over good food and even better stories.

Kristina has a BS in Finance and MA from the University of Arizona and an MBA in Global Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
