Meghan C. Deese
Meghan served 34 years in the federal government, with over 16 years in executive leadership roles. After observing in others and personally experiencing the benefits of coaching, she established her own business and has been coaching leaders in the Intelligence Community and private sector since 2018.
Meghan has extensive experience managing talent at all levels in diverse occupational environments, aligning people and resources with organizational goals and strategic direction. With a deep understanding of the variety of challenges facing new supervisors, emerging leaders, and experienced executives, she uses an integrated, holistic approach to partner with clients to examine their well-being and bring clarity to the values and vision they have for their ideal personal and professional life. With a particular focus on interpersonal communication and relationship building, Meghan supports and challenges clients as they strive to modify old and enable new behaviors to achieve desired outcomes and goals.
Meghan has a BA in Psychology and an MA in Counseling Psychology and is an ICF certified coach with certifications in the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Hogan Assessments, and Benchmarks 360. Having worked as a hospice volunteer, she also has training in grief, loss, and transitions.
